I, Fanni Marie Freudenthaler, am the owner and director of Fanni & Nanni – Deutsch Lernen kinderleicht. I have relevant experience in teaching German for children both in groups and in individual settings.
My method of teaching a language is based on academic research which deals with language acquisition in general and in particular with second language acquisition. The process of learning a new language has different phases and these have to be passed through sequential learning. Only a systematic approach guarantees a successful second language acquisition.
The second language acquisition of children is similar to the acquisition of the first language. Therefore I create a “natural” environment for the children. In this environment, your child will learn German by doing, playing and having conversations; both with me and with the other children.
